Something I’ve always struggled with is allowing doubt to fill my heart and mind, leading me to believe that those doubts or lies were the truth. During our coaching session, Abigail was able to provide me with examples of how I could recognize those doubts and then replace them with the truth and Word of God. It is easy to feel like we are “stuck” in the hard seasons of life, but through this experience I have since been able to use various coaching methods to speak truth to myself and finally stop living my life controlled by fears or lies.
